Your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times then generally vary between 3 and 5 business days , depending on your location.

Yes! We currently deliver to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Italy, Hungary, and Bulgaria. We accept prepaid card payments and cash on delivery, depending on the country.

🏢 Where do your shipments come from?

We ship from our warehouse in Spain - European Fulfillment Center SLPaseo del Charcón 10, 18110 Las Gabias, Granada, Spain.

🔍 Do you offer a tracking number?

Absolutely. You can get your tracking number approximately 3 days after your order by contacting us at contact@avenarihouse.com

📦 There is a missing product in my package, what should I do?

No worries!
Occasionally, items from the same order may be shipped separately, especially if they come from different warehouses or have different processing times . The rest of your order should arrive shortly.
